I'm gonna be throwing Qilby in the village log, because he undoubtedly would like to witness the results of his handiwork. Get an idea of what the whole glib-tongue thing is capable of and what its weaknesses are and whatnot.

This has the added side-effect of him being able to act as a liaison between the elves and anyone from the more-hated flights just in case any of the accused needs an OOC excuse to be able to speak to Ysiel or w/e. I'll mostly use him to facilitate you guys' interactions. :)
